Key Responsiblities
- Develop and execute the companys I.T. strategy in alignment with business objectives.
- Oversee I.T. operations including infrastructure help desk support systems administration and application management.
- Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts for software hardware and services.
- Lead I.T. budgeting and cost control efforts ensuring cost-effective and efficient technology solutions.
- Supervise mentor and build a high-performing I.T. team; oversee talent development and performance evaluations.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with department heads to assess and address technology needs.

Headquartered in Tribune Kansas Greeley County Health Services is a rural health system serving western Kansas. GCHS boasts a 25-bed critical access hospital 16-bed Long Term Care Unit and 2 Family Practice Clinics located in Tribune and neighboring Sharon Springs in Wallace County.
