Responsibilities
  • Collect and distribute incoming and outgoing mail and packages across dealership departments.

  • Deliver time-sensitive documents such as vehicle titles repair orders sales contracts and financial paperwork.

  • Pick up and drop off documents to external vendors financial institutions DMV offices or other partner businesses as needed.

  • Maintain logs of deliveries and pickups to ensure accountability and timely routing.

  • Assist with filing and light clerical tasks when mail duties are complete.

  • Ensure confidentiality and secure handling of sensitive documents.

  • Communicate with department heads to prioritize urgent deliveries or pickups.

  • Maintain a neat and organized mailroom or delivery station.

  • Operate company vehicles safely and follow all traffic and dealership policies.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
    • Valid drivers license with a clean driving record.

    • Strong time management and organizational skills.

    • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.

    • Familiarity with basic office equipment (copiers scanners etc.).

    • Good communication and interpersonal skills.

    • Prior experience in a dealership or office environment is a plus.
