Were representing a leading aerospace manufacturer in their search for a Sales Engineer to help drive business growth across commercial and government sectors. Reporting directly to the VP of Sales this role is responsible for identifying new business opportunities managing long-term customer relationships and coordinating closely with internal teams to deliver technical solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and pursue profitable new business opportunities aligned with company goals.
Develop and maintain strong long-term relationships with decision-makers at key accounts.
Provide technical sales leadership and support to internal and external teams.
Present sales forecasts industry insights and competitive analysis to leadership
Represent the company at customer meetings industry events and technical seminars.
Own pricing strategy recommendations and help shape strategic direction
Support the development of advertising marketing and trade show materials.
Achieve performance metrics including 5 new projects/month and customer engagement targets.
5 years of technical sales or engineering experience in the aerospace industry
Proven ability to grow new business and manage key accounts
Bachelors degree (technical discipline preferred)
Excellent communication presentation and organizational skills
Comfort with Microsoft Office CRM/ERP tools and remote collaboration
Ability to travel up to 40% (valid drivers license and insurance required)
