DescriptionWe are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Manager Quality Assurance to lead our QA team and ensure the highest standards of quality across products processes and services. The QA Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing quality assurance policies conducting audits analyzing data and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the Quality Assurance team including hiring training and performance management.
- Develop implement and maintain QA standards and procedures in accordance with regulatory requirements and best practices.
- Monitor and report on quality metrics identifying areas for improvement.
- Conduct regular internal audits and coordinate external audits and inspections.
- Oversee root cause analysis and corrective/preventive action (CAPA) processes.
- Collaborate with R&D Production Engineering and other departments to integrate quality into product and process design.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards (e.g. ISO FDA IATF CMMI depending on industry).
- Manage documentation and change control for QA processes and records.
- Review and approve quality-related documentation (test plans validation reports specifications etc.).
- Champion a culture of quality across the organization.
Qualifications:
- 10 years of experience in Quality Assurance with at least 3 years in a managerial or supervisory role.
- Strong knowledge of QA methodologies tools and regulatory standards.
- Experience with quality systems such as ISO 9001 Six Sigma Lean etc.
- Excellent analytical problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in quality management systems and tools.
