Introduction: We are looking for a Quality cum process excellence engineer to join our Quality Engineering team. The successful candidate will be responsible to support manufacturing and non-manufacturing functions on problem management improve business processes and drive continuous improvement activities
Your Job:
- Manages Quality process and framework
- Drives improvement to effectiveness and efficiency of the Quality System
- Reduces waste (ConQ) through improvement in execution of the Quality processes
- Protects the customer from manufacturing perturbations
- Drives effective and efficient execution of Quality processes in the fab
- Drives structured problem solving and continual improvement actions to reduce Fab ConQ through Quality System Processes (PCRB iCAR FMEA SPC)
- Perform all activities in a safe and responsible manner and support all Environmental Health Safety & Security requirements and programs
- Work and collaborate other projects and/or assignments as needed

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in engineering or science is preferred Master from a top ranked university is a plus.
- 5 7 years of work experience in quality assurance process improvement SPC or related field high-tech and/or semiconductor experience is a plus.
- Fast learner strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze data and identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to interact with international team members and stakeholders.
- Self-starter with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Language Fluency English (written & verbal)
- This position requires global time-zone coverage in the US Germany and Singapore and hence you may have to work early or later in the day.
Additional Preferred Qualifications:
- Hands on experience on problem solving/troubleshooting skills.
- Working knowledge of ISO9001/ IATF16949/ VDA 6.3
- Work experience with multi-national and cross functional environments.
- Possess the right attitude to get results with a Growth Mindset
- Base knowledge in semiconductor manufacturing
- Working experience on Power BI
