We are hiring for our client a highly respected mid-tier firm seeking to appoint a Litigation Associate to join their accomplished disputes team in either Glasgow or Edinburgh. The Role:
Advising and representing clients across a variety of commercial litigation matters
Drafting legal documents pleadings and correspondence
Managing a varied caseload under supervision with increasing autonomy
Working closely with senior team members on complex disputes
Supporting strategic planning and resolution of contentious issues
The Person:
Qualified Solicitor in Scotland ideally with 03 years PQE
Strong academic background and demonstrable litigation experience (including traineeship exposure if NQ)
Commercial awareness and excellent client-handling skills
A team-oriented mindset with ambition and a desire to grow professionally
