Role Overview
Were looking for a driven and resourceful Go-to-Market (GTM) based in Europe to join our commercial team at a key stage of growth. This is a full-cycle sales role blending outbound prospecting with end-to-end deal execution ideal for someone who excels at both creating and closing opportunities.
Own the Full Sales Cycle From prospecting to closing: generate leads qualify opportunities run demos and manage deals to close.
Outbound Prospecting Create and execute outbound sequences to reach target accounts and engage decision-makers across channels.
Discovery & Solutioning Understand customer needs and pain points tailor messaging and position our offering effectively.
Pipeline Management Build and manage a healthy pipeline with clear activity tracking and forecasting.
Iterate & Improve Continuously refine sales messaging outbound strategies and tooling based on results and feedback.
Cross-Functional Collaboration Work closely with Marketing Product and Ops teams to align GTM efforts and close feedback loops.
Market Insights Share learnings from customer conversations to inform GTM strategy product roadmap and market positioning.
2-3 years of experience owning the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing in a B2B startup or scale-up.
Proven ability to hit or exceed sales targets especially in outbound-driven or early GTM environments.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills; confident in customer-facing conversations.
Strong organizational skills and pipeline discipline using tools like HubSpot Salesforce or similar.
Self-starter with a bias for action comfortable navigating ambiguity and working independently.
Based in Europe with understanding of regional business cultures.
Fluent in English; additional European languages are a plus.
