As a results driven sales leader youll inspire a team of Mobile Lenders to excel as customer champions. In the competitive lending space youll drive strategic initiatives to meet acquisition targets while delivering an exceptional customer experience.
Your leadership and support will empower your team to succeed. By modelling strong interpersonal and professional skills youll set the standard for delivering outstanding service to our customers.
What do I need
Proven experience in a sales leadership role within the home lending industry as youll be using this to not only grow our lending business share in your area but to empower your team to grow their own skills as well.
Youll have a passion for coaching and developing others to achieve their full potential. Youll know how to tap into new business opportunities in your networks and can think strategically to deliver better results. All while possessing the self-motivation thats needed to genuinely lead the way forward.
