Job Description
The Family Support Worker will provide direct support and assistance to families to help them achieve stability and improve their overall well-being. This role involves assessing family needs offering guidance and connecting them with appropriate resources and services by using your bilingual skills in Spanish and/or Haitian Creole.
What You Will Be Doing to Make a Difference in the Lives of Families...
Provide information and educational resources to family members
Assist families in identifying resources to meet individual family needs
Develop the Family Resource Center calendar
Host parent and Youth Support groups
Complete all documentation in a timely manner
Provide support to volunteers

Excellent verbal and written communication skills
