Design Engineer (Japanese-English Bilingual)
Torrance CA Full-Time $40000$45000/year (Bonus not included)
About the Role
Join a warm close-knit team in a fast-growing industry! Were looking for a bilingual (Japanese-English) Design Engineer to support technical documentation liaise with clients and factories and grow alongside the business.
This is a great opportunity for recent high school or university graduates - no prior experience needed. Well train you thoroughly from day one!

Job Responsibilities

Review engineering drawings and documents received from clients

Create internal technical documents and drawings

Coordinate specifications with Japanese factories

Communicate with clients and adjust technical requirements as needed
Work Hours

Monday to Friday 8 hours per day

Flex-time: start 2 hours from standard time

Hybrid work available (approx. 40% in-office subject to change)
Qualifications

Valid U.S. work authorization (OPT welcome!)

Business-level English required

Japanese proficiency preferred

Salary: $40000$45000 annually (negotiable excluding bonuses)
