Job Description
Were looking for an organized detail-oriented and experienced paralegal to play an important role on our legal team. Youll support our attorneys in commercial litigation business transactions and bankruptcy matters by proactively drafting legal pleadings and financial documents managing case logistics with minimal supervision and contributing to a team-oriented environment that values ownership initiative and collaborative problem-solving. - Assist lawyers in organizing and preparing the required schedules and correspondence required in bankruptcy cases under Chapters 7 11 12 and 13.
- Take full ownership of assigned cases proactively flagging potential issues or missing elements before deadlines.
- Collaborate closely with attorneys and other staff to ensure case strategies are executed efficiently.
- Maintain clear timely communication with team members.
- Manage filings calendars and case documentation while anticipating attorney needs and next steps.
