Litigation Attorney Tort & Insurance Defense (Non-Shareholder Track)
New Orleans LA Onsite
Salary: $110K - $150K (Based on Experience) Bonus Eligible
HireNow Staffing is working with a well-established nationally recognized law firm to fill a Litigation Attorney position in their New Orleans office. This is a non-shareholder track role ideal for a skilled litigator who thrives in the courtroom and values substantive hands-on legal work without the pressure of a partnership path.
Position Highlights:

Focus on tort litigation and insurance defense matters.

Manage cases independently from inception through resolution.

Draft and argue motions conduct depositions work directly with experts and handle trial preparation.

Trial experience in both state and federal courts is highly preferred.
Requirements:

Minimum of 2 years of litigation experience preferably on the defense side.

Active Louisiana Bar license required.

Strong academic background and excellent written/oral advocacy skills.

Must demonstrate a stable employment history and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced litigation environment.
