The Adult Health Institute is seeking a passionate and strategic Division Manager to lead both administrative and patient-facing operations. This role is essential in ensuring seamless day-to-day functionality while advancing the institutes mission of delivering exceptional patient care and provider support. The ideal candidate is a collaborative leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is committed to innovation operational excellence and compassionate service.
3-5 years or equivalent combination of education and experienc
Bachelors degree preferred
Strong knowledge of Epic systems particularly Cadence and Optime
Demonstrated commitment to patient-centered care and provider support
Proven success in process improvement team leadership and project execution
Excellent communication organizational and interpersonal skills
Ability to travel between practice sites as needed (approx. 15%)
