Ansell is looking for a Sales Reporting & Insights Leadto join our team!

In this position you will play a vital role in overseeing contract management and supporting project execution across various initiatives with our channel partner. You will be responsible for managing contract lifecycles from initiation through completion while also coordinating project ideal candidate will have a strong background in contract development and compliance as well as a solid understanding of project management principles.

What your role will be

Contract Management:

  • Prepare review and cross reference products with pricing based on customer needs to ensure alignment with business strategy.
  • Manage the RFQ/RFP communication with internal & client stakeholders in a fast-paced environment where speed to respond is priority.
  • Coordinate with Ansell contracts team to meet all required elements for process control and customer collaboration.
  • Manage contract lifecycle activities including drafting renewal amendment and termination of agreements.
  • Contract Pricing Analysis - Insights & Input to Marketing & Pricing Administration as a part of Ansell NA SUI Annual Planning process.

Project Management

  • Develop and support project planning tools and scorecards to ensure alignment with project goals and timelines for initiatives customer team is executing.
  • Monitor project progress providing regular status updates and flagging potential risks or delays.
  • Assist in preparing reports documentation and presentations for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Developing and maintaining organizational operations standards & KPIs to achieve the Channel Teams goals.

What will you bring to Ansell

  • Bachelors degree in a related field or commensurate experience.
  • Certification in Project Management (e.g. PMP) or Contract Management (e.g. CPCM) is a plus.
  • 3 years of experience in contract management or procurement with some project management experience.
  • Computer proficiency in Microsoft applications (emphasis on Excel) experience with or similar CRM program.
  • Proficiency in project management tools (e.g. MS Project Asana) and contract management software.
  • Excellent organizational multitasking and time-management skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
