Retail Outlet Assistant Managers will be responsible for the following duties:
- Ensuring efficient accurate recyclable sorting and packing of recycled commodities.
- Payroll/timekeeping
- Assisting in ensuring production goals and sales goals are met.
- Communicating tools equipment and product needs to Transportation Department.
- Closing store reconciling cash with daily sales reports and securing facility for night.
- Cash register/customer service.
- Pulling items from sales floor placing in carts/ totes and moving to recycling area (may also require frequent lifting of moderately heavy items up to 35 lbs).
- Stocking sales floor with goods.
- Some Data entry utilizing Excel spread sheets.
EDUCATION: High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
EXPERIENCE: Retail or production experience strongly preferred. Supervisory experience helpful.
HOURS: Most stores are open M-Sat from 8am-8pm and open at 1pm on Sundays.
