Job Description

As a Sales Intern you will be responsible for supporting the Wholesale Team with account needs internal projects and sample management.
Responsibilities:
- Sample Coordination
- Own all sample management for wholesale team
- Organize samples by season within wholesale closets
- Keep a running log of samples being sent out & received back
- Work with PD & Merch to check in new sample sets ahead of market
- Keep a running log of samples received account for drops
- Create labels with style info for new collections
- Responsible for ordering any samples for market from warehouse
- Pulling production for QC issues that arise
- Send out samples as requested from buyers
- Market Prep
- Prepping the line and assisting with packing samples and supplies
- Assist with scheduling appointments and any deliveries needed for market
- Line Sheet Management
- Updating Nuorder line sheets with on model imagery
- Updating the line sheets to reflect any changes to the line post market (style # changes drops delivery changes)
- Imagery and Copy Requests from Key Accounts
- Compile seasonal on model imagery to send or upload for accounts as needed
- Complete seasonal product information and copy requests for retailers
Please note that this role requires to be onsite four days a week.
