Design develop and implement automation systems across manufacturing processes
Maintain and improve production operations to meet performance and safety targets
Troubleshoot complex technical issues and lead root cause investigations
Support and lead capital investment (CAPEX) projects from scoping to implementation
Produce and modify technical drawings and schematics using AutoCAD or similar
Collaborate closely with design quality and production teams to optimise workflow
Conduct system testing to ensure successful commissioning of production assets

Degree-qualified in Engineering or equivalent industrial experience
Minimum of 5 years experience in an engineering role within a manufacturing environment
Expertise in mechanical and electrical systems automation and PLC controls
Able to read and develop engineering drawings and electrical schematics
Proven experience delivering automation or electromechanical production solutions
Strong analytical communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
Desirable:
Familiarity with process optimisation and continuous improvement methods
Experience with safety risk assessments and regulatory compliance
