Description:
We are hiring for our client a prestigious global law firm seeking to appoint a Funds Solicitor (4 PQE) to join their leading funds team in London. This role offers an exceptional opportunity to work on complex high-value matters representing prominent clients in the funds sector.

The Role:
Advise a diverse range of clients on all aspects of funds work including structuring formation and regulatory matters.
Work closely with partners on complex cross-border transactions.
Develop and maintain strong client relationships while contributing to the growth and development of the team.
Collaborate with colleagues across departments to deliver integrated solutions.
The Person:
Qualified solicitor in a common law jurisdiction with at least 4 years PQE.
Strong technical knowledge of funds law including structuring and regulatory frameworks.
Experience working in a top-tier or international law firm (desirable).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to manage client relationships effectively.
