Job Description
Ruby Bloom in Caldwell ID is looking for one retail salesperson to join our team. We are located on 316 South 10th Ave. Our ideal candidate is attentive motivated and reliable.
Ruby Bloom Floral & Gifts in Downtown Caldwell ID is hiring for an Experienced Salesperson.
Strong customer service skills and ability to actively engage with customers required!
Experience in floral or plants is encouraged but not required.
Hours vary but are part time 2-3 days per week. With occasional Saturdays. May include extra hours during holidays and special events.

Starting pay is $15/hour some tips. Additional compensation for plant/floral experience.
Responsibility
- Engage in the sales process and guide customers to purchases.
- Welcome customers by greeting them and offering them assistance.
- Direct customers by escorting them to racks and counters; suggesting items.
- Advise customers by providing information on products.
- Process payments by totaling purchases; process checks cash and store or other credit cards.
- Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
- Use judgment to solve customer problems.
- Maintain scheduling commitments
