Production Technical Leader (IC)

Jeppesen Boeing Global Data Management is currently looking for a Production Technical Leader IC (Virtual) or to join their team in Englewood CO. This position will focus on the AMDB/AMM product line supporting the Boeing Global Services (BGS) business organization. A successful candidate will understand the importance of high quality paired with on time delivery of the world class Jeppesen brand navigation databases. An effective team player that can care for both the daily details as well as the cyclical production status locally and with global oversight.

Position Responsibilities:

• Achieving operational results which meet expectations for quality timeliness and regulatory compliance
• Knowing the day-to-day detailed production view in the asset determining the need for resources and flexing resources across the system
• Validating that the asset standard work processes are being followed
• Develops and maintains strategic partnerships with Geospatial Analysts Project Managers Product Owners downstream and global peers as well as Leadership
• Exercises critical thinking and innovative problem solving
• Acts as the initial point of escalation for issues or challenges encountered by the team. Capable of effectively triaging and de-escalating issues with impacted parties
• Influences team strategy and performance
• Develops and executes project and process plans
• Identifying skill-set gaps for the asset in the system Communication of who what when and why of relevant system process changes.
• Validating and Supporting employee-initiated change improvements.
• Demonstrates the Boeing Behaviors in a deliberate and observable way

BasicQualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

• 5 years of experience working with Jeppesen Systems and Global Data Management tools
• Lean process improvement experience

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

• Bachelors degree or higher
