Job Title: Sales Manager
Location: Bangkok OR Phnom Penh
Salary: $3000-$4000 basic performance incentive commission
Job Summary
Our client is a property developer in Cambodia. They need a Sales Manager to open and run a new sales office in Bangkok with the goal to sell their Cambodian properties to Thai buyers/investors.
The operation will be to build the business in Bangkok. This includes setting up the office hiring a sales team and finding local investors/buyers.
The Sales Manager role can be managed from Bangkok or Cambodia with visits to either country as required.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the sales office in Bangkok.
- Develop sales channels and a network of distributors in Bangkok.
- Hire train and manage the local office team.
- Create and execute the office work plan.
- Research the local market and provide feedback.
- Build good relationships with sales agencies.
- Train agency staff to increase sales efficiency.
- Negotiate and sign contracts with distributors.
- Keep organized records of all clients and distributors.
- Ensure the team meets its real estate sales targets.
Job Requirements:
- More than 5 years of work experience.
- More than 3 years of experience in real estate channels.
- Good at developing and managing sales channels and agents.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Good team management skills.
- Professional fluency in Thai is a plus.
- Good working ability in English is required. Chinese is a plus.
- Proficient with Office software.
