Your Mission at Elis

Were looking for a motivated results-driven Regional Sales Consultantto join our growing team. In this role youll be central to identifying and pursuing new business opportunities fuelling our continued growth.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Conducting market research to identify potential clients and emerging trends

  • Developing and executing strategic business development plans

  • Sourcing and pursuing new leads via networking cold calling and industry events

  • Leading negotiations and closing high-value deals

  • Collaborating with internal teams to develop tailored proposals and presentations

  • Keeping up to date with market conditions industry news and competitor activity

  • Analysing sales data and customer feedback to drive improvements

  • Providing regular updates and reporting to the senior leadership team

What will make you stand out

  • Proven experience in new business development or a sales-focused role
  • A strong commercial mindset with strategic thinking capabilities

  • Excellent communication presentation and negotiation skills

  • Confidence in building and managing client relationships

  • A self-starter with a proactive target-driven attitude

  • Analytical ability to spot opportunities and assess potential risks

  • Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office
