The conditions are according to the following requirements:
- Knowledge of native Spanish English (B1/B2);
- Writing Speed: 20 words per minute.
- Project & Starting date: Social Media Platform (30/06/2025)/(07/07/2025)/(14/07/2025)
- Initial Contract: 12 months (renewable)
- Refund of the flight ticket
- Salary without accommodation: 1366.16 euros performance bonus (the information regarding the bonus is to be disclosed by the company directly)
- Salary with accommodation: 1040.66 euros performance bonus (the information regarding the bonus is to be disclosed by the company directly)
- Portuguese free lessons
- Health Insurance
- 40 Hours per week 8 hours per day on a rotational shift pattern.
Responsibilities:
- To respond and record consumer enquiries/questions raised through free phone lines for customers.
- To maintain accurate data input of consumer enquiries questions and feedback on the customer services database.
- To ensure client complaints are dealt with and logged in line with the companys complaints escalation policy.
- To ensure all support calls and (when applicable) emails are answered and resolved within the agreed SLAs and logged appropriately.
- To troubleshoot through the use of open questions support documents and system training.
- To be able to offer recommendations to common problems or frequently asked questions
