- Strategische Fhrung: Entwicklung langfristiger Plne und Marktanalysen
- Kundenportfolio-Management: Betreuung komplexer Kundenbeziehungen Wertschpfung ESG-Integration
- Finanzverantwortung: Verwaltung lnderbergreifender Finanzen Risikostrategien
- Technologieintegration: Leitung digitaler Transformation IoT/KI-Implementierung
- Talentmanagement: Entwicklung von Fhrungskrften Frderung von Vielfalt
- Compliance & Risikomanagement: Einhaltung internationaler Vorschriften
- Technologieinnovation: u.a. Entwicklung kundenspezifischer Lsungen wie Smart Building-Strategien
Qualifikationen
- Masterabschluss (BWL/Immobilienmanagement)
- 10 Jahre Erfahrung im globalen FM 5 in Fhrungspositionen
- Expertise in multinationalen Operationen mit Jahresumsatz
- Technologie-/Digitalkompetenz
- Mehrsprachigkeit (Englisch zwei weitere wren von Vorteil)
