The Company

It is the largest company in the Groups portfolio and one of the most trusted partners in the iGaming sector in relation to payments. It was founded in 2020 with the intent of breaking down industry specific barriers when it comes to banking. Licensed in multiple jurisdictions process over 2bn in payments annually and boast a strong team of professionals which continues to grow year on year.

The Role

The role involves reviewing and validating documentation for account setup user changes currency updates and more. Youll verify information through online checks and sanctions/PEP screening handle requests from partner banks and assess client value. Strong collaboration with Commercial and Ops teams is key as is clear communication with clients via Intercom or phone. Experience with KYB refreshes and tools like SumSub Dow Jones Jira and SharePoint is ideal.

Responsibilities:

• Review and ensure that clients have submitted the correct and valid documentation for account opening adding other users adding or removing currencies changing addresses etc.
• Ensure that all the documents that are provided correspond to one another and relate to the same entity and to the relevant Directors and Officers.
• Undertaking independent online searches to verify the veracity of the information provided such as websites addresses individuals. Sanctions and PEP screening.
• Close collaboration with the Commercial and cross-Ops teams
• Evaluating if its a value or no value client as currently there is an initiative to onboard value clients an evaluation needs to be made from the documentation to determine if the client will be of value.
• Experience with KYB refresh flows
• Client communication via Intercom to clarify any points that need clarification on the back of either the onboarding exercise or the KYB. Possibility to get on the phone as well if the client structure is particularly complex and warrants explanation over telephone.
• Request for information from partner banks in relation to a particular transaction.
• Familiarity with the following tools: SumSub Dow Jones Jira SharePoint etc.

Your Profile

You are a detail-oriented professional with a strong understanding of client onboarding and KYB processes. You have experience reviewing and validating a range of documentation related to account setup user and currency changes and company information updates. Skilled in conducting independent verifications including sanctions and PEP screening. You are comfortable communicating directly with clients via Intercom or phone especially when navigating complex corporate structures and work effectively with cross-functional teams. Familiarity with tools like SumSub Dow Jones Jira and SharePoint is essential along with the ability to assess client value as part of a broader onboarding strategy.

Requirements

• 2 years of experience in a compliance onboarding or financial services role with a strong focus on KYB and regulatory requirements.
• Familiarity with onboarding workflows and KYB refresh cycles in a regulated environment.
• Strong analytical skills and high attention to detail.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills in English including experience with client-facing correspondence.
• Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Proven experience conducting due diligence and online investigations.
• Comfortable using compliance and workflow tools such as SumSub Dow Jones Jira and SharePoint.
• Strong understanding of global KYC/KYB AML and sanctions frameworks.
