Key Responsibilities:
- Work closely with Infrastructure and Engineering teams to maintain and improve software products ensuring they meet security stability and compliance standards.
- Assist the Customer Success team by diagnosing and resolving customer issues applying necessary fixes and patches.
- Develop a deep understanding of the system architecture reverse engineer components and document them for team-wide reference.
- Oversee cloud infrastructure and implement DevOps best practices optimizing CI/CD pipelines.
- Conduct routine security updates system patching and performance enhancements to maintain software efficiency.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science or a related field.
- 8 years of hands-on software development experience.
- Experience in full-stack development cloud services and deployment.
- Proficiency in AWS.
- Strong knowledge of Java JavaScript and React for full-stack development.
- Experience with NoSQL databases like DynamoDB and MongoDB.
- Familiarity with Java for desktop application development.
- Experience working with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins or BuildKite.
- Hands-on experience with Docker Terraform and Linux.
- Strong understanding of Git and GitHub workflows.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills with the ability to work independently.
