Fallbrook Union Elementary School District is a K-8 district. The successful candidate must be able to accomplish the following responsibilities in a friendly efficient and professional manner:
- Assist instructional personnel with the presentation of learning materials.
- Assist students individually or in small groups to reinforce and follow-up learning activities.
- Monitor and assist students through drill practice and study activities following the presentation of instructional concepts by teaching personnel.
- Assist in the supervision of small groups of students in the classroom playground and study trip activities.
- Perform other related duties as may be assigned.

- REQUIREMENTS FOR APPLYING:Equivalent to the completionof the twelfth grade; and either an Associates Degree of Arts (AA) or have completed 48 college/university semester units or pass the FUESD proficiency test for this classification; experience workingwith people of various cultures; one (1) year of paid or volunteer experience working with children in an educational or childcare setting is highly desirable supplemented by courses in childcare supervision psychology or guidance; or any combination of training and experience that could likely provide the desired knowledge and abilities.
