About the Role

The Company Healthcare Technology Management (HTM) Division is hiring an Imaging Service Engineer 2 (ISE II) to support Einstein Health in Philadelphia PA. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced imaging professional to join a growing team where innovation patient safety and service excellence come first.

As an ISE II youll be responsible for maintaining troubleshooting and repairing diagnostic imaging systems including Cath Labs C-Arms and Ultrasound equipment. You will play a key role in ensuring critical imaging technology remains safe accurate and available for patient care.

What Youll Do

  • Inspect service and calibrate diagnostic imaging systems and devices.

  • Troubleshoot equipment issues and determine solutions for repair or maintenance.
  • Support direct patient care by ensuring imaging equipment meets safety and performance standards.
  • Collaborate daily with clinical teams and leadership to identify and solve technology-related issues.
  • Ensure compliance with all regulatory and safety requirements.

  • Maintain accurate documentation reports and service records.

  • Mentor junior technicians and contribute to team knowledge-sharing.

  • Manage service costs and purchase required parts within budget.

Qualifications: What Are We Looking For

Required:

  • Associates degree (or equivalent military/field experience) in Biomedical Engineering Electronics or related discipline
  • Minimum 5 years of hands-on imaging equipment service experience

  • Experience working in a hospital or clinical healthcare setting

  • Strong troubleshooting time management and customer service skills

  • Hands-on experience with Cath Labs C-Arms and Ultrasound equipment (strongly preferred)
