As a vital member of the Division of Student Life Human Resources Team the HR Generalist will function as a business partner responsible for executing a wide range of HR responsibilities from a collaborative customer-service oriented perspective. This position will advise and assist their customer areas on HR policies and practices including but not limited to employee and labor relations compensation workforce planning payroll timekeeping leaves of absence benefits and workers compensation.
