Position: Workforce Management Specialist (Turkish)

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Organize coordinate and supervise working schedules and rotations at gaming tables ensuring smooth operational flow and attendance.
- Collaborate with the HR department and Team Managers to handle time-off requests approve schedules and ensure all positions are filled to meet staffing requirements.
- Create daily staffing reports verify work hours and time-off requests and manage various administrative tasks as directed by Supervisors or Upper Management.
- Develop and maintain effective staffing plans to ensure adequate coverage for all business units.
- Monitor and track attendance ensuring adherence to schedules and compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Prepare and manage studio rotation files for incoming shifts to ensure seamless transitions.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Native or fluent in Turkish (C1 level) with strong proficiency in both written and spoken communication as well as English fluency (B2).
- Exceptional ability to manage and coordinate schedules rotations and staffing needs efficiently.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience with workforce management software.
- Minimum of 6 months in a similar role with the ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
- Willingness to work within 24/7 shift patterns.
- Understanding of local labor laws and regulations relevant to staffing and scheduling.
- Analytical thinking and the ability to apply critical thinking in data analysis.
- Familiarity with advanced workforce analytics and forecasting tools.
