Job Description
Job Title: Senior Frontend Developer- SaaS Platform (Real Estate Tech)
Employment Type: Full-time Onsite from Gulberg Office Lahore
Experience: 7 years
Location: Gulberg Lahore
Compensation: $2000 - $4000 per month (performance-based level increases)
Working Hours: US Time Zone (Night Shift in Pakistan)
You Might Be a Fit If
- You have 5 years of front-end development experience particularly in building pixel-perfect UI implementations for SaaS products.
- Youre highly proficient in the React JS ecosystem with a strong grasp of modern component-based architectures.
- You have a keen design sense and notice when something is even a pixel offattention to detail is second nature to you.
- You excel at creating symmetrical visually balanced and harmonious interfaces.
- Youve successfully implemented complex design systems with meticulous accuracy.
- You prioritize performance scalability and exceptional user experienceevery pixel and millisecond counts.
- Youre experienced with component libraries like TailwindCSS ShadCN and Ant Design and can tailor them to match exact design specs.
- Youre confident working with RESTful APIs GraphQL and WebSockets and can deliver real-time UI updates without compromising performance.
- You write clean maintainable TypeScript code designed to scale.
- Youre proficient with modern state management solutions such as Zustand Redux and React Query.
- You have a track record of achieving high Lighthouse scores while maintaining pixel-perfect UI quality.
- You build accessible user interfaces that are both inclusive and visually stunning.
- You thrive on transforming complex design mockups into flawless functional interfaces.
- Youre comfortable juggling priorities in a fast-paced environment.

What Youll Do
- Build and scale high-performance pixel-perfect UIs that deliver exceptional user experiences.
- Optimize applications for speed accessibility and top-tier Lighthouse scores.
- Use React TailwindCSS and component libraries to develop reusable and scalable UI components.
- Manage complex state logic and implement real-time data updates using tools like Zustand Redux and React Query.
- Work closely with backend engineers to ensure efficient and seamless API integrations.
- Contribute to and guide the front-end roadmap keeping the stack aligned with evolving performance demands.
- Push boundaries in UI/UX striking a balance between function beauty and efficiency.
- Collaborate in-office every other day to brainstorm build and launch exceptional products.
