The Enterprise Sales Executive will be responsible for driving sales and building strong relationships with Global In-House Centers (GICs) in India. This role requires a seasoned sales professional with a proven track record of selling into enterprise-level accounts particularly focusing on technology software solutions or services.
Market Research: Conduct in-depth research to identify trends customer needs and competitive landscape within the GIC sector in India.
Sales Strategy: Develop and implement effective sales strategies tailored to the GIC market aiming for substantial growth in market share and customer base.
Customer Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders within GICs.
Solution Selling: Present and sell technology solutions and services that align with the unique needs of each GIC demonstrating a deep understanding of their business processes and challenges.
Pipeline Management: Maintain an accurate and robust sales pipeline ensuring effective management of all stages of the sales process.
Negotiations: Lead complex negotiation processes to finalize sales agreements ensuring mutual satisfaction and long-term partnership.
Cross Geo Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams including Product Marketing and Customer Success to deliver customized solutions and ensure customer satisfaction.
Reporting: Prepare and present sales forecasts budgets and performance reports to senior management.
Experience: Minimum 10-12 years of experience in enterprise sales with a strong focus on selling to GICs or similar organizational structures.
Education: An MBA or equivalent is preferred.
Skills:
Strong understanding of GIC operations and technology landscapes.
Excellent communication negotiation and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
Strategic thinking with strong problem-solving skills.
Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with B2B technology solutions such as software platforms cloud services or IT services.
Additional Information:
Travel: Willingness to travel as required to meet clients and build key relationships.
