Project Coordinator Residential Construction
Location: Kingston ON
Salary: $65000/year
A growing residential development company in Kingston is looking to add a Project Coordinator to their construction team. This role supports the Project Manager and site leadership across several multi-residential developments providing administrative and coordination support throughout all phases of construction.
This is a great fit for someone early in their construction career who wants to gain hands-on experience in both site and office-side project support.
Responsibilities:
Prepare and maintain project documentation including RFIs submittals change orders and meeting minutes
Track schedules budgets and procurement logs under the guidance of the Project Manager
Liaise with consultants subcontractors suppliers and internal teams
Help ensure all permits drawings and approvals are current and properly distributed
Maintain organized records and support close-out processes
Occasionally assist with on-site coordination and inspections as needed
Qualifications:
13 years of experience in construction project coordination
Familiarity with residential or mid-rise construction preferred
Strong organizational and communication skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with Procore Buildertrend or similar tools is a plus
Ability to multitask and prioritize in a deadline-driven environment
