Location: The Pavilion at Robinson Terrace Stamford NY
Are you a compassionate results-driven leader with a passion for senior care The Pavilion at Robinson Terrace a respected assisted living community nestled in the scenic Catskills is seeking an experienced Assisted Living Administrator to oversee and elevate the quality of care compliance and community experience for our residents.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead daily operations of the Assisted Living Facility to ensure quality care and regulatory compliance
Supervise support and develop department leaders and front-line staff
Drive occupancy through proactive community outreach tours and marketing efforts
Foster a warm welcoming and resident-centered culture
Manage budgets staffing and resources efficiently
Serve as the primary liaison with residents families and regulatory bodies
Requirements:
Minimum of 3 years of experience in senior living adult care or similar healthcare administration
Strong background in dementia care and understanding ofNYS Adult Care Facility regulations
Proven leadership communication and financial management skills
Bachelors degree in healthcare administration human services or a related field
Experience with sales/marketing in the senior living industry is a plus
