ABOUT THE ROLE ................................................................................................
As an Optician youll work directly with patients to help them choose eyewear that meets both their visual needs and personal stylebased on the doctors prescription and recommendations. Youll guide them through frame selection lens options fitting adjustments and repairs creating a seamless and supportive experience from exam to eyewear.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES ....................................................................................
- Educate patients on lens options materials and treatments
- Recommend and fit eyewear to suit prescriptions and personal style
- Adjust troubleshoot and repair glasses with confidence
- Inspect and verify quality of incoming eyewear orders
- Manage optical orders through lab systems
- Assist in managing frame inventory
- Learn and assist with in-house edging and lab work
- Stay current on frame trends and product knowledge
- Collaborate with doctors and team to ensure seamless patient care
- Maintain a clean organized and inviting optical environment
- Verify and explain vision benefits and coverage for optical purchases
- Support optical teammates with adjustments fittings and busy times
