Job Description

Per la sede centrale di Milano ricerchiamo un/a Jointing Superintendent da inserire nel Dipartimento Installazioni. La risorsa coordiner team di giuntisti impegnati su cantieri internazionali garantendo qualit sicurezza e rispetto delle tempistiche.

Responsabilit

  • Coordinare squadre di giuntisti per linstallazione delle diverse componenti.

  • Pianificare attivit e risorse nei vari cantieri.

  • Supervisionare gli aspetti tecnici logistici HSE e gestionali.

  • Coordinare eventuali subappaltatori.

  • Verificare la conformit alle procedure aziendali.

  • Gestire e supervisionare le prove di tenuta dei giunti

Requisiti

  • Inglese fluente.

  • Fino a 5 anni di esperienza in cantieri installazioni o ambiti produttivi.

  • Disponibilit a frequenti trasferte internazionali (60-70% annuo).

  • Patente di guida.

  • Attitudine alla leadership e al lavoro in team.

  • Ottime doti relazionali orientamento agli obiettivi e al problem solving.
