We can offer you the following tasks
- Support on HR Operations for Region Europe IGCs
- Support on Competence and Performance management processes including organisation charts job descriptions recruiting activities appraisal interviews and comparative discussions
- Support on Total Rewards and Policies including contract management bonus round annual salary round
- Performing administrative and operational tasks related to our international setup
- Preparation of reports and presentations
- Support for various HR projects
- Communication with our HR colleagues and the management teams of our international locations in English
You can help us with these qualifications
- Studies of Business Administration Cultural Sciences Law or similar
- Preferably first working experience in Human Resources
- Advanced skills in MS Office (especially Excel PowerPoint)
- Fluent in English (verbally and written) German and others languages are a plus
- Strong communication analytical skills and detail-oriented work style
- Team player - maintain good relations with colleagues and customers
