The Clerk III-A Student Registration Clerk is responsible for providing student registration services and clerical support to central office administrators conveying information regarding the student registration; ensuring compliance in a timely fashion with the programs requirements and providing support to families and Clerk III-A reports directly to the Central Registration Director and receives directives from the Assistant Superintendent. ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:Registers new students using the central registration timely and accurate data entry for school district state and federal reporting new students using the central registration process; including with central office personnel regarding school parent phone calls and questions regarding Student up with families who training needed by any additional meetings as reports from various data systems including documents (e.g. standardized correspondence bulletins etc.) for the purpose of documenting events providing and/or requesting and/or monitors documents files and records for the purpose of providing up-to-date reference for school personnel regarding appropriate school and district practices for the purpose of enrollment of written and supporting materials for the purpose of documenting activities providing written reference and/or conveying and/or monitors documents and materials for the purpose of disseminating information to appropriate parties for discrepancies in processes and/or documentation for the purpose of ensuring adherence to appropriate administrative and/or legal and/or monitors inquiries from a variety of internal and external parties by phone letter and/or in person (e.g. staff parents students etc.) for the purpose of providing information facilitating communication among parties and/or providing to perform other related duties as assigned in order to meet the specific needs of the Pawtucket School Department and its students.
