Job Description
We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Lead Bartender to oversee and ensure a positive customer experience and optimize the bars performance. The Ideal candidate will have proven leadership skills extensive knowledge of the hospitality industry and the ability to create a welcoming and inclusive environment for all guests.
Duties:
- Manage daily operations of the bar including staffing product offerings and customer service.
- Implement strategies to optimize bar performance and profitability
- ensure the bar adheres to all licensing hygiene health and safety regulations
- Work closely with suppliers and vendors to ensure the quality of products
- Train and supervise bar staff ensuring high levels of customer service and professionalism
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints and professionally
Qualifications and Skills
- Strong leadership and customer service skills
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- Knowledge of industry trends and ability to implement popular bar concepts
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends are required
- Food handlers and TIPS certification
- Micros Simphony experience would be a plus
Candidates should have a minimum of 3 years experience in a supervisor role within the hospitality industry. Experience in supervising a bar setting is highly desirable.
