British Swim School of Dougla County is urgently seeking a Part-Time Swim School Manager with strong leadership and creativity. This role is perfect for someone who has management experience in a swim school is Lifeguard certified and is excited to engage families and grow the program.

What Were Looking For
Swim school or youth program management experience required
Lifeguard certification required (or ability to obtain within 30 days)
CPR/First Aid certified (or willing to obtain)
Strong team leadership organizational and customer service skills
Available evenings and weekends
Energetic proactive and results-driven

Key Responsibilities
Oversee day-to-day swim school operations and class schedules
Ensure delivery of the British Swim School curriculum
Supervise and train instructors and front desk staff
Maintain a strong focus on student retention through communication progress tracking and engagement
Create and host family-friendly events to attract and retain students (e.g. open houses themed swim days safety weeks)
Support enrollment growth and ensure a high-quality customer experience
Enforce safety protocols and foster a fun welcoming environment

While we teach swimming to people of all ages and abilities most of our students are preschool and elementary-aged kids. Our instructors should like working with this age group and be good at making parents feel comfortable. Its helpful if you have experience with children or in a child-focused job but its not required if you can show the right attitude. The job comes with specialized training in our advanced and unique British Swim School approach.
We also have exciting opportunities with our Customer Service Team even if youre not in the pool. These are the people committed to providing the best service in the industry. In these roles you might talk to parents on the phone or by the pool. Wherever you are the aim is to make everyone feel like part of the British Swim School Family as we focus on ensuring the Survival of the Littlest.
