Job Description

Stabil Drill A Superior Energy Services Companyis a global company that provides tough durable tools to support the energy industry in some of the most demanding drilling applications. Stabil Drill is currently seeking a Manufacturing Production Coordinator to join our team in Conroe Texas. This position ensures that the manufacturing department meets its quality assurance and scheduling goals by planning scheduling executing and directing production activities.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Plan schedule and track personnel to ensure that resources are available for jobs.
  • Administer Work Orders and setup quote templates.
  • Determine the needs of department including material needs and tooling and equipment needs.
  • Ensure all established costs quality and delivery commitments are met.
  • Create innovative approaches to address challenging opportunities.
  • Maintain/coordinate E-files including company/customer drawings Specs Price Lists etc.
  • Provide technical support to customers and other employees on equipment specifications and customizations per job.
  • Responsible for communicating and ensuring full awareness of and compliance with the requirements of all relevant company/customer QHSE handbooks QHSE procedures and emergency procedures.
  • Perform any other delegated duties considered appropriate in order to maintain the efficient running of the department.

Knowledge/Skills/abilities:

  • Knowledge of leading directing and mentoring individuals to accomplish common goals Knowledge competency and experience in issues procedures and processes.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication analytical and troubleshooting skills.
  • Building and maintaining positive customer relationships internal or external.
  • Using logic and reasoning to identity the strengths weaknesses of alternative solutions conclusions or approaches to problems.
  • Accurately complete/maintain necessary reports/records in a timely manner.
  • Collect research and analyze data.
  • Commit to long hours of work when necessary to reach common goals.
  • Communicate effectively both written and verbal at all levels within the organization.
  • Deal with frequent changes delays or unexpected events.

Education/Experience

  • Minimum of two to five years experience in a related fieldpreferred.
  • High school diploma or equivalent general education degree (GED) required.
  • Basic Geometry and Trigonometry Knowledge.
  • Equivalent combination of experience and/or training.
  • Knowledge of Lathe and Mill Programming/Machining a plus.
