What Youll Do:

As a Member Service Representative I youll be one of the first people our members interact with. Youll play an essential role in providing financial services with professionalism accuracy and care. Youll help members complete day-to-day transactions offer guidance on products and services and ensure every member leaves with a positive experience.

Heres how youll make an impact:

• Handle financial transactions: Process deposits withdrawals loan payments cash advances and cashiers checks with accuracy and efficiency.
• Ensure daily accuracy: Balance your cash drawer each day verify transaction totals and resolve discrepancies promptly.
• Provide account support: Assist members with account updates like address or name changes and respond to questions about products services and policies.
• Deliver excellent service: Greet members promptly maintain a professional appearance and provide friendly informed service at every interaction.
• Support branch operations: Perform drive-up or night drop functions maintain a clean and secure workstation and support teammates as needed.
• Promote financial solutions: Actively listen to member needs and offer products and services that support their financial goals.

Key Qualifications:

• Previous cash-handling and customer service experience strongly preferred
• High school diploma or GED required
• Excellent communication skills and a professional team-oriented attitude
• Comfort using basic office technology such as Microsoft Word Excel adding machines and cash counters
• Strong attention to detail with basic math skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 30 lbs occasionally (e.g. coin bags)
