Job Description
Dentist. Diagnose and treat patients with dental malformation diseases and injuries at 2 clinics (1 in Lafayette Indiana 3 times a week and 1 in Lebanon Indiana twice a week. No weekend coverage). Provide preventive care. DDS or DMD. 2 year experience as General Dentist. Must qualify for Indiana Dental License. Annual salary $120000.00.
