Job Description
Grande Station is on the hunt for a passionate reliable line cook to join our tight-knit kitchen crew. Were a high-energy hospitality-driven restaurant committed to great food great vibes and zero drama. If you take pride in your station and move with purpose this might be the right place for you.
What Youll Be Doing:
- Prepping and executing a large and varied 3 day part menu--consistently and efficiently
- Owning your station like a pro: clean stocked and ready to fire
- Communicating with the team to keep service flowing smoothly
- Maintaining cleanliness and upholding food safety standards
- Pitching in wherever neededno egos or FOH vs BOH nonsense here
Were Looking For:
- Line experience--we are high volume and we want you to be able to jump right in
- A passion for food and desire to collaborate with like-minded peers
- A sense of urgency and a cool head under pressure
- Team mentality and respect for the craft
- Availability for nights and weekends
- Ability to adhere to cleanliness and safety procedures and requirements
- Bilingual food handlers certification and/or culinary training are all a big !
