We are looking for a strategic collaborative and experienced leader to join our Legislative Services team as Manager of Legislative Services & Deputy Regional Clerk.

About the Role:
In this dual-capacity leadership role youll manage the day-to-day operations of the Legislative Services section and step into the Deputy Regional Clerk role when required. Youll lead a skilled team oversee council and committee operations and support statutory functions that keep democratic processes running smoothly. This is a unique opportunity to shape the delivery of governance services while ensuring legislative compliance and operational efficiency.

In this role youll benefit from the flexibility of a hybrid work arrangement that prioritizes meaningful in-person connection. A minimum of two days per week on-site is expected with additional in-person presence as operational needs evolve. This arrangement allows for a blend of in person and hybrid work that adapts to support both organizational priorities and employee flexibility and is subject to change over time.
Its important to note that your off-site work location must be within the province of Ontario. This ensures that were compliant with all regulations and policies.
