Internship GemOne

GemOne is a telematics solution that provides the data you need to optimize your fleet management. It lets you track and monitor all your machines including forklifts mobile elevating work platforms telehandlers sideloaders earth-moving equipment and a range of other machinery. GemOne is compatible with all makes and models of material handling and industrial equipment.

By connecting your machines to the GemOne platform you gain valuable insights which empower you to optimize your fleet composition boost operational efficiency extend the lifetime of your equipment and improve safety and security.

Your role and responsibilities

Possible projects:

• Investigation into indoor positioning of industrial vehicles inside warehouses (i.e. what is the most suited technology to achieve this in combination with existing GemOne technology).

• Investigation into reverse engineering of CAN protocols.

For both projects also setting up a Proof Of Concept to apply findings.

How to succeed / Your profile

• You are looking for an internship for minimum 2 months.

• You have a Master Industrial Engineer Computer Sciences or Electromechanical engineer.

• You have a specific knowledge of algorithms and Python.

• You have a very good knowledge of English.

• You are able to work in the office in Waregem.
