Marketing Automation Specialist Inbound Acquisition & Campaign Performance (Pardot Salesforce)

Description
We are looking for a person who combines technical proficiency strategic vision and a creative mindset. This position is key to accelerating inbound lead acquisition through advanced automation in Account Engagement (Pardot) fully integrated with Salesforce.

Your mission will be to nurture qualify and convert our leads in a scalable way ensuring that each campaign contributes directly to our acquisition goals.

Key Responsibilities

Automation & CRM.

  • Design continuous nurturing strategies aligned with the conversion cycles of our different markets.
  • Implement automated processes in Pardot: dynamic flows scoring tags content segmented by language and type of potential customer.
  • Segment and enrich the database to personalise journeys with a strong data-driven mindset and ability to manage large volumes of information
  • Measure analyse and optimise campaign performance: conversion rates CPL scoring engagement...
  • Identify patterns through analysis and presenting actionable insights to the team.

Measurement and constant optimisation

  • Analyse key KPIs:
    • CPL
    • Conversion by stage
    • Scoring vs conversion
    • Engagement
    • Time to conversion
  • Implement and improve flows through testing and personalisation.
  • Maintain dashboards and reports to help optimise acquisition decisions.

Cross-functional collaboration.

  • Actively participate in inbound campaigns with content design and SEO.
  • Collaborate with SDR to define inbound/outbound boundaries and improve lead activation.
  • You will be the point person for automation within the marketing team responsible for leading the implementation and evolution of Pardot as the engine of our automated campaigns.
  • You will provide data-driven insights and technical expertise.

Requirements

  • 3 years of experience in B2B automation
  • Experience working with Pardot Salesforce
  • Native Spanish speaker.
  • High level of English.
  • Strong focus on technical execution and data analysis.
  • Ability to execute and optimise campaigns that convert.
  • Experience in SaaS and inbound acquisition environments.
  • Results-oriented technical marketing vision.
