Join the Haztech Team as a Security Guard
Exciting opportunity! Haztech is seeking qualified Security Guards to join us on a contract basis during the wildfire season in Saskatchewan. If you re a licensed security professional looking for a dynamic work environment we want to hear from you!
Position Overview:
As a Security Guard you will be responsible for maintaining a safe and secure environment at various remote locations.
What You ll Do:
- Regulate and control entry to restricted areas
- Patrol base camp
- Respond to security concerns and de-escalate situations as needed
- Ensure the safety and security of personnel and property
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service
- Completion of 40-hour Sask Justice Security Guard Training Course (Required)
- Valid Saskatchewan Class 5 Driver s License
- Ability to obtain criminal record clearance
- First Aid/CPR certification (Preferred)
- Strong situational awareness and decision-making skills
- Excellent communication and conflict-resolution abilities
- Ability to work independently and remain composed under pressure
