Dev Gadhvi Creations Pvt. Ltd. is on the lookout for a dynamic and results-driven High Ticket Sales Closer to join our remote team. If you re passionate about transformational sales have a knack for building meaningful client relationships and thrive in a high-performance environment this is the role for you.
Responsibilities:
- Engage with qualified leads and prospects primarily through phone calls and online communication channels.
- Build rapport and establish long-term relationships with potential clients and maintain follow ups.
- Understand prospect needs requirements and pain points to tailor solutions that meet their objectives.
- Address client objections concerns and hesitations in a persuasive and professional manner.
- Close high-value sales deals by obtaining signed contracts and purchase orders.
- Collaborate with other key stakeholders as needed.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities client interactions and deal progress using CRM software.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends market dynamics and competitive landscape to effectively position our offerings.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience with proven success in high-ticket sales or consultative closing (preferably in coaching transformation or training domains)
- A proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Strong persuasion negotiation and relationship-building skills
- High level of emotional intelligence and active listening
- Strong work ethic discipline and drive to achieve and exceed targets
- Self-driven accountable and capable of managing time and pipeline independently
