Cardiac/cardiopulmonary arrest response
Emergency stabilization using available personnel

JOB REQUIREMENTS
Licenses: Current Washington State Physician and Surgeon License
Certifications: As required per privileges
Experience: Less than 1 year accepted
Other Qualifications:
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to interpret scientific and medical data
- Excellent communication and teamwork in high-pressure environments
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Deliver emergency medical care according to best practices
Respond promptly to urgent cases and cardiac arrest situations
Maintain comprehensive and accurate medical records
Collaborate with other emergency and hospital staff
Ensure proper patient discharge instructions and follow-up
Adhere to hospital protocols and corporate compliance policies
Participate in mandatory training and continuing education
Maintain patient confidentiality and professional standards
